{Jessie} is a board certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (FPMHNP-BC). She is licensed in New York State to diagnose, provide psychotherapy, education, and to prescribe medications for mental health conditions. She is licensed to provide treatments to children, adolescent, adults, and geriatrics. {Jessie} has worked in outpatient mental health clinic settings in the surrounding CNY region including: Syracuse, Oneida, Cortland, Rome, and Utica. 

 

At Insight Wellness, she utilizes a combination of psychiatric medication and brief psychotherapy with a focus on Cognitive Behavior Therapy, support therapy, and mindfulness to help individuals.
